Empowering students to break through socio-economic barriers
What we do
We’ve pioneered programs to create equal opportunities for low-income students to pursue careers in STEM.
Through our interventions, we’ve ensured that many students have enrolled in prestigious institutions across the country, bridging the gap by taking a step forward in our goal of removing inequality and disparity in education.
We work in close partnership with the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and multiple state governments across India to implement programs that integrate the use of technology for in-school and at-home learning.
Our work is funded by The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, USAID, J.P. Morgan, Tata Motors, Tata AIG, and Morgridge Family Foundation and has received international recognition for its efficacy and impact.
Our Pedagogy
We’ve pioneered the Peer to Peer learning methodology, to foster help collaborative learning amongst students, which enables them to learn faster and better.
Well-Rounded Learning
We ensure that every aspect of learning is covered, through pre-reading, spot tests, concept videos, and group discussions.
Research-backed Curriculum Structure
We develop a comprehensive curriculum, in collaboration with experts from IITs and prestigious engineering colleges.
No Unanswered Questions
Our academic experts are always at hand to resolve doubts and conduct revision sessions online or offline.
Our Interventions
We’re paving the way in creating change across three facets of education.
JNV Entrance Exam
The JNV program focuses on preparing students at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Schools (JNVs) for college entrance exams by following a structured curriculum and setting up after-school programs in collaboration with school teachers that focus on additional test-prep across multiple districts in India.
Sankalp
In collaboration with the Government of Haryana, we are empowering teachers through ed-tech, for students studying science and math in Grade 9 to 12. A Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) evaluating a similar intervention in Chennai showed a 0.6 SD shift in Math outcomes in a single year. Read our research here.
Ghar Pe School
We’re helping students learn at home by enabling access to a library of content, coordinating assessments, and hosting live sessions, all in collaboration with the government to ensure continued learning, despite the medium.
